Xigui offers comprehensive solutions for outdoor plastic products. We provide weather resistant color matching and anti UV anti aging solutions to keep plastic products from discoloring during outdoor use over an extended period. We also offer solutions to assist production processes and to provide special functions for finished products. Current outdoor segments we serve include artificial turf, artificial rattan for rattan furniture, artificial plants, stadium seats, outdoor sofa fabrics, plastic running tracks, shade nets, agricultural films and mulch films. We also provide individual solutions for specific outdoor products and develop custom solutions based on customer requirements. The company has established long term stable cooperation with multiple large outdoor plastic product manufacturers and has earned recognition and positive feedback from industry customers. The companys R&D and testing equipment is comprehensive including UV aging test chambers, hot air ovens, bench top color difference meters, tensile strength testers, filter pressure testers, moisture testers, haze testers, melt flow index testers and various other testing instruments. Pilot equipment includes lab scale drawing lines, injection molding machines, film blowing machines, internal mixers and two roll mills which provide strong technical and implementation support for R&D.
